Day Trip - Badlands National Park (51 images)
On my way out to Yellowstone this fall, I stopped by the Southern Unit of Badlands National Park.
Wildlife biologist Trudy Ecoffey was kind enough to show me around this amazing place. I was also fortunate to meet Eric Brunnemann, Badlands National Park's new Superintendent.
Definitely a special place. I think next time around I'll plan to spend a bit more time. One day just is too short...
